Energize, Fortify, And Replenish With NingXia Red Juice

Posted on Mar 1st, 2007 by Miss Emma : Seeker of Truth Miss Emma
NingXia Red Juice - Synergized With Blueberries, Raspberries, Apricots, and Pomegranates.

The legendary Ningxia (ning-sha) Wolfberry is an honored Chinese national treasure.
Its health benefits have been extolled for centuries. Ancient healers say it "replenishes
the vital essence" and "fortifies the life force." Modern science shows that Ningxia
wolfberries exceed legend by supporting many biochemical processes in the body.

Niacin vs Heart Disease
The Ningxia Wolfberry is the richest source of whole food niacin
(vitamin B3). A handfull of dried berries (about 100 grams) has
more than triple the recommended daily allowance of this essential
nutrient.

Niacin has been shown in numerous peer-reviewed studies to protect
against heart disease and one is of the few nutrients that is effective in
raising HDL (good) cholesterol levels.

Chromium and Cholesterol.
The Ningxia Wolfberry can also lower serum cholesterol levels thanks to its high
levels of trivalent chromium. While high cholesterol is not the primary cause of
heart disease, its reduction can slash the odds of dying of cardiovascular disease.

Potassium and Magnesium:
Wolfberries are also rich in potassium and magnesium.
A three-ounce serving of dried fruit contains nearly 1600
mg of potassium--which is quadruple the amount found in
3 oz. of fresh bananas, which is looked upon by many as a
high potassium food.

Fiber and Heart Disease
With ove 21% soluble and insoluble fiber, the Ningxia Wolfberry may has additional
cardiovascular benefits besides its vital minerals, essential amiono acids and powerful
antioxidants.

What People Are Saying About NingXia Red Juice

Posted on Mar 1st, 2007 by Miss Emma : Seeker of Truth Miss Emma
I puI put my husband on the Ningxia Red juice, just an ounce a day, and his LDL
(bad cholesterol) lowered 32 points in a couple of months. His doctor was amazed
and said he had never seen that happen without some type of medication. He also
wrote in my husband's chart "Listen to your wife," because my husband had told him
the only thing he was doing differently was drinking "that juice my wife has me on." :)
I also have heard Gary say on some training tape that rosemary and lemongrass, taken
internally, will lower cholesterol. Hope that helps!
-Ladonna Wells

More Testimonials

I've been wanting to send this testimony to you for a while but hadn't
gotten around to it. Anyway, my husband had gotten his cholesterol
tested last year and found out that it was 266!!! He had it done at one
of those health fairs thru his work and they recommended that he go to a Dr.

But, I told him not to and that we'd try some alternative stuff. Well, I
finally found out about Young Living in August and he started on NingXia
Red in Sept.

He usually took an ounce a day (when he remembered). We had his
cholesterol rechecked in March of this year and it had gone down by
50!!!! points!!! He had really not changed much of his eating habits etc.
We were really excited , thank God for NingXia Red !!
-Debbie Babb

More Testimonials

I have a friend, Laura, who at 46 years has been battling high cholesterol for at least the
last 5 years. Despite her efforts with different medications a few years ago, the numbers
continued to rise.

She began taking the Ningxia Red Juice daily only a little over a month ago. She took
approximately an ounce and a half each morning. Yesterday, she stopped by on her
way back from the doctor's office.

She said her doctor was thrilled with the lab results. Her bad cholesterol had dropped
48 points and the good had increased by 3. (She let me look at her lab work.) She maintains the only changes she made to her daily routine and diet was the addition of Ningxia Red.

I'm hearing many customers report lowered blood pressure but it's impressive to have this
kind of documented testimonial on the potential cholesterol lowering abilities of Ningxia Red!

Experience The Cleansing And Cleaning Power Of Lemon Oil

Posted on Mar 1st, 2007 by Miss Emma : Seeker of Truth Miss Emma
Lemon Therepeutic-Grade Essential Is a Key Ingredient Of NingXia Red JUice

Lemon is a versatile ingredient in the kitchen; its oil is also an indispensable ingredient all over the house. Therapeutic-Grade Essential Oil of Lemon is antiseptic, uplifting, cleansing and can even increase your concentration.

A wonderful thing about lemon oil is that high-quality oil smells just like lemons. Lemons themselves are quite refreshing and they perk up any food you add them to. It's the same way with lemon oil. Just inhaling the scent of lemon oil can lift your mood, improve your concentration and give you clarity of thinking.

It's a great idea to add Therapeutic-Grade Essential Lemon Oil to other essential oils that do not smell as nice. Sometimes its unpleasant to use tea tree oil, for example, which is a powerful antiseptic and a great oil to keep in your arsenal, but has a very strong smell. Adding a drop or two of lemon oil to whatever mixture you are using tea tree oil in will make it smell better.

It will also improve the antiseptic ability of other Therapeutic-Grade Essential Oils. Lemon Oil is a great natural cleanser, which you can use on your body or in your home. It's also a wonderful astringent and can help clear up skin problems.

Lemon Oil should be diluted in a carrier oil for use on the skin. Place a couple of drops in a teaspoon of olive oil or one drop in four ounces of rice or soy milk to ingest.  Lemon oil should not be used on the skin before you go out in the sun for 72 hours, as it can cause photosensitivity.

Talk to a doctor before using Lemon Oil if you are pregnant, and avoid using it on infants and small children.

Beyond the cleaning uses of Therapeutic-Grade Essential Oil of Lemon, it is a great oil to use when you need mental clarity or to concentrate on something. Lemon Oil has been called the rational oil, because using it can aid in the decision making process and allow you to approach decisions with calm and clarity.

Simply placing a few drops of lemon oil on a cloth and inhaling them can help clear your mind and calm your thoughts. Whenever you need a mid-day pick-me-up, reach for the lemon oil instead of the caffeine. Your mind will be clearer and you'll be able to complete your needed tasks with confidence.

Lemon Oil is a very handy Therapeutic-Grade Essential Oil to have on your shelf. Use it to clear up your skin, to clean your home, and to clear your mind.

Lemongrass Oil Can Promote Psychic Awareness And Purification.

Posted on Mar 8th, 2007 by Miss Emma : Seeker of Truth Miss Emma

Plant Origin:  India, Guatemala

Extraction Method:  Steam distilled from leaves

Lemongrass therapeutic-grade essential oil has a strong, herbaceous and lemony scent. Lemongrass itself is a popular ingredient in Asian cooking, and just like the herb, lemongrass oil is bright, light and cheerful.

Therapeutic-grade essential oil of lemongrass is said to be an effective aid for mild depression, as it is a strong tonic for the nervous system. It is thought to be beneficial for getting rid of anger and other negative emotions. Lemongrass oil can also be quite soothing to the muscles and nerves. It is a wonderful addition to a bath when you need to calm and relax.

Lemongrass Therapeutic-Grade Essential Oil is refreshing, rejuvenating, stimulating and balancing. It is said to be good for mental clarity, psychic awareness, to regenerate connective tissue and ligaments, and has been used in traditional Indian medicine to treat fever and infection.

Lemongrass oil is a popular addition to perfumes, though it is rather quick to evaporate. You can use it in your own blends for perfume or room sprays that will brighten your space and make you feel better as well.

Lemongrass is wonderful for blending with a whole range of other therapeutic-grade essential oils, including ylang ylang, rosemary, orange and lavender.

When using Lemongrass Therapeutic-Grade Essential Oil on the skin, it is a great idea to dilute the oil in a carrier oil, such as olive oil before using, especially on sensitive skin like the face and neck. When taking lemongrass oil internally, a drop should be diluted in four ounces of rice or soy milk or another liquid.

Lemongrass Therapeutic-Grade Essential Oil can also be used in hair care and body care products. It is thought to be helpful for reducing acne because of its antiseptic properties and is also helpful for oily skin. It may also be helpful for getting rid cellulite. If your hair is dry and lacking shine. Massaging lemongrass oil into your locks may help them look healthier.

Lemongrass oil is thought to be an immune system stimulant and a digestive tonic as well as an aid to the liver.

As with all other therapeutic-grade essential oils, take care not to get lemongrass oil into your eyes and make sure you wash and rinse your hands thoroughly before and after working with the oil. Do not use it near flames or sparks. Keep therapeutic-grade essential oils out of the reach of children

Discover How To Handle Emotional Release With Melissa Oil

Posted on Mar 8th, 2007 by Miss Emma : Seeker of Truth Miss Emma

Plant Origin:  Utah, Idaho, France

Extraction Method:  Steam distilled from leaves and flowers

Melissa oil is a therapeutic-grade essential oil that many people have not heard of, but it is an incredibly useful oil that is calming, soothing, strengthening and revitalizing all at once.

Melissa Therapeutic-Grade Essential Oil has a light, fresh, somewhat lemony scent, which makes sense since in the culinary world, Melissa is also known as lemon balm. It has a sweet, herbaceous smell and is considered one of the most powerful essential oils out there.

The ancient Romans used Melissa as a general tonic that was thought to help with nervous disorders, to strengthen the heart and to revitalize the spirit.

Melissa oil is thought to get rid of headaches, reduce agitation and balance the emotions. It is said that therapeutic-grade essential Melissa oil can relieve emotional blocks and give users an improved outlook on life.

It is both calming and uplifting, powerful but gentle, and is thought to be incredibly useful as an antiviral. It has been used as a treatment for flu, smallpox and mumps and even can be used to eliminate sores from the herpes virus. It can also be applied to cold sores to accelerate healing.

A seemingly paradoxical oil, but it is also incredibly versatile.

The main downside to therapeutic-grade Melissa essential oil is that it is quite expensive. Sometimes oil is marketed as Melissa oil that is really a mix of lemongrass and citronella, which makes a scent that is similar to Melissa but with completely different properties. It is important to make sure that you know what you are buying when you are shopping for therapeutic-grade essential oils so you can ensure you are getting a high-quality product.

As with other therapeutic-grade essential oils, you want to be careful when using Melissa oil, particularly since you don't want to waste a drop of this precious oil. Make sure you wash and rinse your hands before and after using this oil, and avoid getting it into your eyes. Keep therapeutic-grade essential oils out of the reach of children.

Some people use Therapeutic-Grade Essential Melissa Oil neat, that is, without dilution, on the skin, but it can cause skin sensitivity and is better used diluted in another oil before applying to the skin, particularly on sensitive areas like the face and neck. Likewise, Melissa oil should be diluted before taking it internally. Add one drop of oil to four ounces of rice or soy milk or another liquid before drinking for best results.

  • It is advised that people not combine therapeutic-grade essential oil of clary sage with alcohol because it may aggravate the effects of drinking.

  • Clary sage oil is said to be a wonderful nerve tonic that can also aid in calming a nervous stomach.

  • It is thought to help prevent spasms of the digestive system.

  • It is also thought to be supportive of good kidney health.

  • The oil is also a good deodorant and can be used in a lotion to eliminate body odors, or in a room spray to make your home space smell fresher.

  • Smelling therapeutic-grade essential clary sage oil can be beneficial in eliminating insomnia, reduce feelings of stress and even stimulate creativity.

  • It also helps people to gain a more positive outlook on life.

  • Used in bath scrubs, bath salts, or massage oil, clary sage can ease muscle pains and cramps from PMS.

  • It is also thought to help with depression, anxiety and nervous tension.

  • Using the oil topically may help with skin problems, especially oily complexions, as well as eliminating muscle pains.

  • Because of its stimulation to the female body, clary sage oil should not be used during pregnancy.

  • In very large doses it can cause headaches. If you are under a doctor's care, seek his or her opinion before using clary sage oil.

Clary sage therapeutic-grade essential oil may cause skin sensitivities when applied topically, so it is suggested that it be diluted in any quality vegetable carrier oil such as olive oil before use. The oil should also be diluted, one drop to four ounces of soy or rice milk before being taken internally.

Recommendations:  Always wash and rinse your hands thoroughly, before and after working with therapeutic-grade essential oils and avoid getting them in your eyes.  Keep all therapeutic-grade essential oils out of the reach of children.

How Important Is It To Observe And Listen To Your Aging Skin?

Posted on Mar 22nd, 2007 by Miss Emma : Seeker of Truth Miss Emma

It seems like we put more stress on our skin all the time. After all, it is the largest organ of your body. Don't get confused, the liver is the largest organ in the body.

From the pollutants in the air all around our skin, to not getting enough water, exposing it to too much sun or too many extremes in temperature, it's no wonder our skin is looking a little ragged and premature aged.  It is trying to tell us something and its "ok" to listen.

Geranium therapeutic-grade essential oil is wonderful for the skin. It is particularly useful for toning, opening up the pores to release impurities and clearing up oily skin. It can also be helpful for dry skin and for clarifying any skin problems.

In addition to its clarifying properties, the scent of therapeutic-grade essential geranium oil is quite uplifting and refreshing. The scent of the oil is similar to that of roses and is prized by perfume makers and others for that sweet, floral scent.

10 Tips On Self Healing With Geranium Therapeutic-Grade Essential Oil.

  • The oil is said to help people release negative memories and help balance the mind and the emotions.

  • It is said to be good for the managing stress and discomfort associated with PMS, as well as mild anxiety and depression.

  • It may also be helpful for balancing the symptoms of menopause.

  • When added to a shampoo, therapeutic-grade geranium essential oil is said to be helpful for getting rid of head lice.

  • It is also thought to be an insect repellant and is useful for this purpose when added to a lotion or your favorite cream.

  • Therapeutic-grade essential geranium oil can be used aromatically, topically or internally.

  • Dilution is recommended for both topical and dietary use, though it is generally thought to be non-irritating.

  • It should not be used on infants and small children, and because of the potential for changing the balance of hormones in the body it should not be used by pregnant women.

  • Geranium therapeutic-grade essential oil is a good choice for people who are looking for balance emotionally, physically, or just on their skin.

  • It is useful and powerful oil that is also wonderful to smell.

As with other therapeutic-grade essential oils, be careful not to get geranium oil in your eyes, and be sure you wash and rinse your hands thoroughly, both before and after working with the oil. Keep all therapeutic-grade essential oils out of the reach of children.

You Won't Believe What Self Healing Can Do For Osteo Arthtitis

Posted on Mar 31st, 2007 by Miss Emma : Seeker of Truth Miss Emma
Pat's osteoarthritis testimony:

I was diagnosed with Osteoarthritis almost a year ago...in May of 2006. When I went to visit my parents in Michigan that Memorial Day I had to get a wheelchair at the airports because I was in so much pain and so crippled from the arthritis that I couldn't move quickly enough to make my connections. I spent that whole week with pain patches, and pain pills, etc. Only days earlier I had been involved in a rigorous 12 week fitness program through my gym at work. I was working out 3 or 4 times a week...had recently stopped eating red meat and thought I was doing great. But, what I thought was stiffness in my knee was actually osteoarthritis. X-rays showed it in my knees, feet, hands, ankles. joints..etc...as the Dr. put it " You've got arthritis all over"

I tried the traditional route with my doctor....ibuprofen and Vicidin. The codeine in the pills made me sick to my stomach...and the pain pills only worked to a point. There were many nights when I would awaken in pain to the point of tears. Still, I did what the doctors ordered for about six weeks....and then I turned back to what I know is true.......my Young Living oils and supplements.

A knowledgeable friend suggested ..lots of cleansing. I was already doing Young Living's Rejuvenate liver and colon cleanse..It's a 30 day cleanse..so I did for 90 days. I was already drinking at lease an ounce of Ningxia Red everyday...I increased that for the first month to 4-6 oz per day ( a bottle per week) and I did that for four weeks. Then, I reduced the amount to about 2-3 oz per day. I also added GLF oil ( gall, liver flush) and alternated it with Juvacleanse oil and I took Parafree for a month. Sulfurzyme became my new best friend and still is. ( I require much less of it now than I did during the height of my health challenge. In fact, I only take it every few days now.) But I was taking up to ten or 12 capsules in a day at first. And of course I used every anti-inflammatory oil in our Young Living arsenal....lots of peppermint, wintergreen, Idaho Balsam Fir, Oregano, Ginger, Clove...Lemongrass...and all of them worked for me. I say whatever works..use it.

When I was first diagnosed I was leading a very active lifestyle..working out , taking an African Dance Class that I loved...etc...but I had to stop all of that. At one point I had to use a cane. It was all I could do to get up and down the steps in my home let alone at work. And I was constantly in pain. But after about 3 -months of my Young Living regimen the pain was under control....and now I have resumed working out and I'm in new dance class that is just as much fun. .. I still have some stiffness and aches sometimes, but I control is with oils and supplements.. Occasionally I might have to take a pain pill but that's rare and usually happens when I have not taken the time to get proper rest , nutrition and exercise. I would say I'm about 90 percent...back...so I still have some work to do. But, I'm thrilled, because at one point I thought I might be on a cane or worse for life.

So I can only say...have confidence in faith in the fact that we have the best holistic health and healing products on the planet.

I'm a testament to the fact that our bodies our marvelous wonders with the ability to heal themselves if we take proper care of ourselves.

One more thing..through it all I drank...lots of water..and still do. My goal is to drink a gallon a day...but if I get half of that I'm happy!

With blessings, Joy and love !

How To Benefit From A Pure Plant Skin Care Remedy Secrets

Posted on Mar 31st, 2007 by Miss Emma : Seeker of Truth Miss Emma

Plant Origin: Philippines

Extraction Method: Steam-distilled from the gum of the tree

Elemi oil is one therapeutic-grade essential oil that many people have not heard of. This oil comes from a plant that is a relative of the trees that produce both frankincense and myrrh, and like those oils, it is has anti-inflammatory properties useful in the self healing process of respiratory ailments.

In addition to helping with respiratory problems, elemi therapeutic-grade essential oil, which smells spicy and somewhat like incense, is has been used in Europe for hundreds of years in salves for skin problems and is include in celebrated healing ointments.

Elemi oil can be irritating to sensitive skin, so it's a good idea to test the oil on your skin before applying it to a large area or dilute the oil 1-3 drops in ½ oz olive oil or any quality vegetable  carrier oil. When in doubt, or no carrier oil, use safely on the bottom of  your feet.

Some powerful self healing remedy secrets and general uses:

  • Another good use for elemi oil on the skin is for reducing the look of fine lines and wrinkles when used topically on chakras/vitaflex/acupuncture points.
  • Elemi therapeutic-grade essential oil is also helpful for clearing the mind, very beneficial in the process of emotional release techniques, and it can encourage a feeling of calm.
  • It is often used in diffusing therapeutic-grade essential oil blends that are very conducive to meditation and is thought to assist people with their visualization process, as well as bringing about a feeling of peace.
  • In addition to all of these useful properties, elemi oil is also thought to be helpful for easing muscle pain after a workout when added to your massage oil/cream.
  • It is said to be restorative, stimulating and warming and is thought to be helpful for revitalizing the spirits.
  • It is a wonderful therapeutic-grade essential oil to blend with other oils such as rose and sandalwood for a spicy, invigorating and somewhat aphrodisiac blend.

When working with therapeutic-grade essential oils, remember to wash and rinse your hands thoroughly, before and after working with the oil and be careful not to get it in your eyes, especially when applying it to the skin around the eyes.  Keep all therapeutic-grade essential oils out of the reach of children.

Complex Emotional Health Challenges, Simple Essential Nutrients

Posted on Mar 31st, 2007 by Miss Emma : Seeker of Truth Miss Emma

Plant Origin:  Sri Lanka, Madagascar, India

Extraction Method: Steam distilled from bark

Cinnamon bark therapeutic-grade essential oil has the same wonderful smell as the spice cinnamon, which is perfect for lifting your spirits. It smells like cookies baking, apple cider, and happy memories. The oil, in fact, has an even deeper scent than cinnamon itself, making it the perfect addition to potpourris and room sprays.

In addition to its wonderful smell, therapeutic-grade essential oil of cinnamon bark is also a powerful healing agent with anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antifungal, anti parasitic, circulatory stimulant, and anticoagulant properties..

Here are just some of the ways you can use cinnamon oil in your home space:

  • Cinnamon bark therapeutic-grade essential oil is thought to be a particularly effective self healing remedy for digestive disorders, especially constipation and flatulence.
  • It can also stop cramping and may be beneficial for reducing vomiting.
  • It is said to be helpful for regulating blood pressure.
  • It is a supportive oil to inhale gradually, (can be irritating) when you are feeling emotionally exhausted or stressed out.
  • Cinnamon bark oil is used for getting rid of infestations such as lice and scabies.
  • It is also said to be helpful for supporting the healing process of an infection.
  • Using a massage oil infused with 1-3 drops of therapeutic-grade essential cinnamon bark oil, enhances the ease of discomfort associated with arthritis and rheumatism.
  • Because of the warming properties of cinnamon, the oil has been used in massages as an aid when dealing with colds and flu to bring comfort to the ill person.
  • If you need to gain weight and stimulate your appetite, cinnamon bark oil is a good choice.
  • Take it internally in a vegetable capsule or dilute a drop in four ounces of soy, rice, or almond milk for best results.
  • As anyone who has smelled spice cookies could tell you, cinnamon bark oil is also good for supporting emotional release, especially in times of stress or when you are feeling lonely.
  • It is also thought to stimulate creativity.

Therapeutic-grade essential oil of cinnamon bark can also be used externally, but there is a good chance it can irritate your skin if used without diluting it first. Add 1-3 drop of your oil to ½ oz of a light carrier oil such as olive oil and it will be fine to use on your skin. Remember to wash and rinse you hands thoroughly, before and after working with oils and avoid getting the oil in your eyes.

Cinnamon bark oil can also be irritating to the mucous membranes, so you shouldn't use it in a bath or get the oil in your nose.
